Celonics Quality Management System
Zero Defect
Celonics has established a Quality Management System with the goal of providing zero defect products for our clients. We achieve this by implementing a comprehensive system of policies and procedures, including component selection and procurement, certified electronic assembly, duplicate final inspection and final electrical testing.
Celonics also demonstrates its commitment to product quality through a two year product warranty.
Component Selection
Producing a high quality product starts with using high quality components. Celonics only procures and fabricates components from a list of suppliers that have a reputation for providing consistently high quality products at a fair price.
Component Procurement
Celonics procures electronic components from known reputable sales channels with U.S. distribution, such as Arrow, Avnet, Digikey, Future, Mouser and Newark.
Electronic Assembly
Celonics' strategic partnerships are designed to meet the stringent electronic assembly and quality procedures required by the aerospace, defense, manufacturing and medical industries.
Quality Systems
Quality Standards
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
AOI inspection is performed on all electronic assembled boards.
All AOI stations offer superior fault coverage and can inspect all components optically for placement (absence and presence), value, orientation, type, color differences, soldering, short circuits and joints.
Final Inspection and Testing
A unique test strategy is developed for every product, taking into account the product design, manufacturing processes involved, end application and customer requirements.
